we are now less than two days away from a possible septa strike. a little bit later this morning the transportation authority and union leaders will continue their negotiations. yesterday the union told their nearly 5,000 septa employees who work on the subways, buses and trolleys to prepare to walk off the job tuesday morning. this would happen midnight monday into tuesday. meantime major employers are advising staff to come up with some backup plans. the city of philadelphia, university of pennsylvania, and drexel university, will all provide limited shuttle service only for their students and employees. meantime, the mathematics, civics and sciences charter school in north philly will help parents get students to class. more than 800,000 daily riders would be affected by this strike. stay on top of it with the nbc 10 app. >>> hillary clinton's e-mail scandal continues to dominate headlines. the democratic presidential nominee and her supporters are demanding more information about those new e-mails at the fbi found in unrelated investigations. n
