that's the end of the septa bus right there on the bottom. you can see the metal that looks like an accordian that the septa driver hit going over the guardrail into the median. appears the septa driver was heading eastbound when the accident happened. a lot of ice on the road and a lot of snow. too early to tell in the vehicles if that was a factor. this happened 3:45 a.m. in the westbound lanes, woodhaven near knights road, luckily no passengers on board. we have not gotten a timeline from septa officials or philadelphia police, as you can see they are working to move this. they will try to pull this out again, if they can get past the metal barrier. you are hearing cars whiz by because we're on the on-ramp to woodhaven road on millbrook. this is the one you take on millbrook. that enters past with the accident happens, so you can can enter that way, for now, all eastbound lanes blocked, it will take at least another hour to an hour and a half to get the septa bus out of the way. back to you. >> a train hit a pedestrian in north philadelphi

we have had the shut down of the northeast corridor last night, we had delays, and shut downs on septa's regional rail , and we also had delays on patco. we will start hit the reset button and we will see how this develops, but, expect is delays through the morning rush hour. we will go down the shore in a minute but portions of the white horse pike, black horse pike, route nine, from lbi all the way down to the tip of the cape may there are portions of red ways that are closed, flooded out, and do not the attempt to drive through that high water. in addition we also have have that close another of the turnpike bridge remaining here this morning. again same deal as yesterday we have three alternates, burlington bristol, trenton morrisville bridge or i-95 scudders falls and we have a lot of schools that are going to be opening up late, so kid have an extra two hours this morning to do their homework we have all those delayed opening is a cross the bottom of the screen.
