in between the end of our morning rush this morning and now we have some major issues today on the septa regional rails. they were downed wires that halted the train in one of the tunnels. and people were stranded on the train and it happened at 9:30 this morning and feeling the repurcushions this afternoon. up to 40 minute delays across the board on septa regional rails for the ride home and a number of trains canceled because of crew shortages and it's cynwyd line is shuttle buses and ride a paoli thorndale line instead. kind of a mess to start the day on the regional rails and patco the emergency track schedule has been lifted. things are back to normal on the patco high speed line and on the roads it's busy southbound blue route, 476. and a crash on the passyunk draw bridge that cleared. and this spot the vine street expressway an accident at the gore point past broad street jammed past the schuylkill and westbound toward 76. and northeast philadelphia burkes county border wreck on woodhaven eastbound by route 13 is off to the side. lets grab the ipad and check the ways home with the
