this is boyd and patterson near sequoia middle school. another problem in oakland on shepherd canyon road. that road was shut down in both directions because of a hundred foot eucalyptus tree that came crashing down around 6:00 this morning. the road was closed between snake road. shepherd canyon road. a driver crashed into the tree after it came down. fortunately the driver wasn't hurt. we had a chance to talk to him briefly. he said it was dark and windy and rainy and he did not see that tree unexpectedly down in the road there. so a lot of problems to tell you about in the east bay. some minor flooding in pleasant hill. that's why at the civic center they have set up this sand bagging station. one of three throughout the city so that residents can come and make their own sand bags to prepare for more flooding. >> thank you, allie. >>> i want to show you guys a picture that my buddy dan sent me. look at the water rushing out of that manhole or utility cover, if you will, in downtown san anselmo. he sent other pictures that i'm not showi
