sergio, that judge reached this decision a few hours ago? >> reporter: it was judge boehler who said there was not enough evidence to prove any sort of voter intimidation happened here in nevada. the democratic party has sued states alleging voter intimidation and says they're planning to deal with more of the same on election day. here in nevada, the federal magistrate denied the democratic party's allegation saying there was no evidence of voter intimidation. this stems from supporters of donald trump asking to be vigilant. stone was named for his connection to stop the steal. to watch polling locations. in iowa a judge sided with democrats and ordered that stop the steal cannot partake in voter intimidation and would be criminal to charges if they did. federal charges in four other states have yet to rule though allegations. stop the steal and roger stone both named in the lawsuit in nevada as well. a decision on that portion of the suit has yet to be made. that's expected to happen monday afternoon. reporting live, sergio avila, news 3.
