sergio kin na is live with -- quintana is live. reporter: one of the issues that came up during the negotiations was a lack of break room for workers at three different b.a.r.t. stations, including this station here in daly city. that issue is resolved in the agreement, and the big sticking point, extended pay family leave was also resolved. the union held a news conference earlier today. >> we have language in the contract to deal with the family leave, where it follows the law that indicates the members are able to take sick, vacation, or unpaid leave, as family leave. so it will not be paid by the district. members have to use leave. >> if this agreement is ratified be the union it helpeds end -- ends more than half of a year of a battle. the negotiations included two system shutdowns as the unions win on strike. during one of those strikes two employees were killed ton a track in wall mutt creek, and after an agreement was reached in october, there was another issue. b.a.r.t. managers insisted that was a mistake. the union said
