sergio quintana is live in dublin with information on another slide that closed down today. >> reporter: well, terry, there are now three slides that are built into that tower up there that are off lying, two, and including the green one called the emerald plunge where the little boy slipped off were inspected this morning. you could see a 10-year-old boy rushing down the 80 degrees drop of the emmer auld plunge and then careening on to the concrete. when you look at slide from ground level you see the sides were not very tall. city leaders wanted to make it clear the third slide that we talked about earlier that was shut down has nothing to do with the safety investigation related to the other two. they are simply a gage not properly working. that is park owned by the city of dublin and they have said it got lots of testing and retesting before opening yesterday and cal osha gave it the green light but the inspectors were back again today and joined by representatives of the slide manufacturer on monday morning. >> hopefully by tomorrow, if not in the next several days we'll understand
