joining us chase card services ceo eileen serra. >> good morning. >> it's all e-commerce.t will be chase holiday pulse tracks all of the aggregated purchases from 50 of the top online retailers and look at things like average sales per day, transactions and cost per transaction. what we're seeing is continued really strong growth in the online channel. consumers love to shop, in their homes. >> and so are we seeing a specific days? we always talk about black friday. now there's something called green monday. there's cyber monday. are those the days? are we seeing it in different way now? >> i think what we're seeing is those are really strong days, but what you see is the beginning of that week, and the end of the week, it's really broadening. so just to give you an example for black friday we started seeing very big uptick in sales on thanksgiving at 6:00 p.m. so it's not just friday, it's beginning thursday. same for cyber monday. >> so bricks and mortar, big loser in all this? >> you know, not really. you still see continued strength in the brick and mortar stores. reta
