normally we don't have slowed traffic in this section but we have an overturned truck on inside seth doane 680 near north mission. the traffic is slow so if you are leaving pleasanton trying to get to san jose you have to add 15 to 20 minutes. that is all because of this injury accident, the injuries were not severe but the traffic is pretty slow. also looking at the commute on the other standard commute, if you take the bay bridge nothing unusual but it is slow from the maze as it normally is. you should be okay in the carpool lane. traffic is moving along relatively well when you make it to the span, 880 southbound backed up due to this earlier accident and this is backed up from 238 down to the 84 interchange and this is because of earlier issues. i want to mention northbound 17 over the summit they are clearing the accident here so if you drive the santa cruz mountains you will be late, let's go back to the desk. >>> a new development on damage from hurricane harvey. >> hours ago two explosions were reported with black smoke coming from a chemical plant outside of houston. the same pla
