joining us now is democratic congress member from massachusetts seth moulton.n the house armed services committee. good morning, congress member. >> good morning. >> we have so much news to get to. let's start with the latest of the russia investigation. now cnn has learned that federal investigators are looking into the president's top adviser and son-in-law jared kushner. jared kushner says he knows nothing of the investigation and has not been contacted by the fbi or any other investigators. how big is this? >> it feels like another day, another name. it is hard to find who in the administration is not being connected with suspicious ties to russia. it just points out how important the investigation is and we have to get to the bottom of it for the american people and make sure it never happens again. our greatest enemy doesn't try to influence our elections. that means democrats and republicans have to come together. i have been calling for independent bipartisan 9/11 style commission into what is going on. >> why doesn't the appointment of robert mueller c
