only if you think of sexual assault and sexual harassment. and of course taking a very prominent first amendment lawyer and he said college campuses pose the greatest threat to free speech. in truth if you really believe that where the greatest threat to free speech you far overestimate our ability. certainly sexual assault should not be in a speech at all. that's why think it's important to recognize the safety aspects of things. not to rely on the criminal justice system but imagine if someone was accused of murder on campus. the the criminal justice system may take years. we might have robbers, property crime is rampant. universities have long dealt with these issues under campus safety codes. and they use it and often expel students or temporarily suspend them. one of my arguments here and i hope i'm wrong is that of where going to focus on legislation to correct this shortcomings of title ix and deal with this problem, maybe we need to have a safety session. in some ways it might lessen, optimistically the backlash that is occurred again
