i really appreciate all the hard work that lafco and the sf puc staff has done. it's really a victory for them and the groups that have worked with them to bring this rate down. we recognize this is a not to exceed rate. this is a cap. a cap that will protect customers from any future energy price bite. we think it's important to have that protection if place for customers and we are confident in our talks with sf puc staff and what we have in the region that the actual rate at launch will be much lower and even still and we've seen successes in places like paleo alto. that is not real today but it's promising of what might be coming in the future that will be possible for us. we look forward for working with the commission and staff and seeing what we can do to minimize the shell contract and add to it to build the local jobs that are so important. we are happy to hear people talk about and some of the advocates have been suggesting and that there may be opportunities and other ways that we can involve labor in how we expand this program and most importantly how

finally i'd like to give a shout out to sf save. i've had the pleasure probation officer to work with those folks. i strongly support those folks. thank you >> thank you. next speaker, please. >> good morning. i'm shawn sullivan i'm a member of notary republic no. i live on ashbury where the bike lanes. my personal experience in san francisco i've lost two to theft from my private property. the result of break ins and almost a year ago exactly i was cycling towards golden gate park and i saw a van with its backdoor open and in that van were maybe 20 bikes and on the grass between the panhandle grass were 15 bikes and people were working on them. i rode past and i know what happened. i stopped my bike and a waited about 20 minutes and thought i'd call 9-1-1. i found out that that phone call ruled in a felony arrest warrant but the apathy was shong. the bicycle registration program certainly will go a long way of mite the results of having your bikes disappear. about a year ago i come down to my garden and found a little kids bicycle

working with the city the past few weeks to try and consume some of the data that's a part of the data sf data repository and tell a story about urban growth. so, this is a mapping platform that allows you to not only visualize your data like you see here, but also ask questions of your data. and i'm pulling data from multiple data sources. here we have data from the city. we also have data from private data sources that read -- not going to mess with it. there's one of the variables now, the bottom you see there is median household income. we're pulling in all these different data sources, creating a beautiful visualization to tell a story at the neighborv level of how the city is growing. and some of the things you're seeing on the map here are a pipeline of information about both residential permits over the past decade or so, how has the city allocated permits throughout different neighborhoods in the city. and some of the other things you're seeing on the map is the approved businesses, the businesses are currently doing business in the city. one of the things we said once we started
