i really appreciate all the hard work that lafco and the sf puc staff has done. it's really a victory for them and the groups that have worked with them to bring this rate down. we recognize this is a not to exceed rate. this is a cap. a cap that will protect customers from any future energy price bite. we think it's important to have that protection if place for customers and we are confident in our talks with sf puc staff and what we have in the region that the actual rate at launch will be much lower and even still and we've seen successes in places like paleo alto. that is not real today but it's promising of what might be coming in the future that will be possible for us. we look forward for working with the commission and staff and seeing what we can do to minimize the shell contract and add to it to build the local jobs that are so important. we are happy to hear people talk about and some of the advocates have been suggesting and that there may be opportunities and other ways that we can involve labor in how we expand this program and most importantly how

several of those lines ran adjacent to our sf puc lands. there are some instances additional easements are needed beyond what they have from the city. this project, the crystal springs station is one of those and includes automated valves and technologies and want only make their lines safer but protection to our critical infrastructure. this is located not far from the crystal springs rest area off the i-280 if you can picture that location. this is literally a spoken's throw from that location. the value was set at aiment -- $15,400 and we agreed on that amount and over an acre in construction easement rights. those rights will expire in six months and in addition to that modest amount of compensation we have insurance and endimmity language related to the new easement rights but the existing ones as well to further protect the city. there is a letter from planning. the sf puc commission approval and the ceqa findings which note this project is categorically exempt. i am happy to answer any questions that you may have. >> thank you. colle

we have a number of twice get information from the puc through twitter and facebook and our website sfater.org. >> people should not drink water from pools or spas. but they could use it to flush their toilets if their source are not broken. let's look at those issues. >> sanitation is another issue and something people don't usually or like to think about it but it's the reality. very likely that without water you can't flush and the sewer system can be impeded or affected during an earthquake. you need to think about sanitation. the options are simple. we recommend a set up if you are able to stay in your building or house to make sure that you have heavy duty trash bags available. you can set this up within your existing toilet bowl and once it's used. you take a little bit of our bleach. we talked about it earlier from the water. you seal the bag completely. you make sure you mark the bag as human waste and set it aside and wait for instruction about how to dispose of it. be very aware of cleanliness and make sure you have wipes so folks are able to wash up when dealing with the sa
