created these art projects and this is a dream they created when they were 24 and 25 years old at sf state. i am reading from the seven by seven magazine. and how was the idea for the beach chalet done? and in their early 20's at the time and this is lara speaking "i recently graduated from the beach chalet and came up for lease and we lived in the sunset and he had his eye on the spot for his dream restaurant. we were home brewing and decided brewing would be the perfect operation. he wrote the business plan for his final assignment at school and since i was a new mom i did leg work and literally before the web and my research was doesn't on the beach and checking with surfers and what their favorite foods were. that is from laura's writing and i want to thousands of people go there. i think as the giants win the world series there were be people at the park and beach chalet too and laura is a tremendous leader in the ocean beach revitalization effort. she serves on spurs, ocean beach master plan with me and supervisor chu and a tremendous activists to make sure that we have a sustainable

san francisco state has indicated it would be open to the sfmta or sf state delivering the project. the sfmta has expressed concerns over the ut mcallisters improvement project and working to schedule all meeting on that with uc-hastings -- yes. my former colleague from sf state, alejandro [speaker not understood]. and i've been a fan of his since 1975 when he was in his 20s. it's third world communications time degrees publication. but he's been a tremendous leader in supporting city of poets and encouraging all of us to consider ourselves poets as well. so, we'll have him along with a couple of richmond district poets that friends of the library recently honored along with poets in the rest of our districts as well. we'll be hearing from a couple of richmond district poets, susan terrence and also david [speaker not understood] as well. also wanted to say that today, i have the honor of helping to cut the ribbon for the grand reopening of our fulton playground on 27th and fulton and it was wonderful. it's a $4.5 million project that allowed us to transform dpw and the rec and park department and the neighbors around it to transform a formerly, and a very stark and bleak playground with mostly tennis and basketball to amazing place that has skateboarding, places for seniors to sit and gather, b

just to keep it really quick, green finance sf is a paste program, it stands for property clean energy, there are 28 states that have passed specific state-wide enabling legislation to allow for this type of program to happen. it solved the up front cost barrier to making buildings more energy efficient and we are very excited to be a part of this project, working with very great team, the owner, the contractor, the sfupc of course. it has been a great public, private partnership. a lot of people have been mobilizing around this particular project. it will be the first commercial paced project, that would use 100 percent private capitol to finance the improvements under the structure. it will be a great demonstration project for programs that are launching all over the country and we think that it is a great show case for san francisco leadership and the port around this innovative mechanism and show that it works. i will keep it at that and i am around to answer any questions if you have any. thanks. >> thank you, rich. >> so, in summary, this project is the... as rich mentioned the first pace bond for th
