[applause] alabama once again ranks among the top five states for delivery to the business. we have to keep working to make sure we are doing all we can to not only help people find jobs but also of businesses continue to create jobs, especially the nearly 400,000 small businesses in the state. that is why i am creating the small business advisory council to address specific needs of alabama's paul businesses. the private-sector work force that will focus on making sure that they have the resources to not only grow their business but also create well paying jobs for the people of the state. we must create a greater opportunity for alabama to acquire the skills needed for higher paying jobs. companies are looking for any jobs are waiting for skilled worke
