sfgov tv will transmit. >> there it is. your time is running. >> i thought you could wait -- you know, unfortunately san francisco dropped the ball on jurisdiction on t.n.c.s. they have the opportunity when christine hyachi was in charge of the taxi division and you dropped it. you now have a new opportunity. but you've really got to work on it in cooperation with the supervisors. about six months ago, i went to a meeting and supervisor peskin, who is in charge of this san francisco county transportation board, has got a series of statistics on t.n.c.s which conclusively, as far as we can tell, proves that these t.n.c.s are operating exclusively as taxis. something like 70% of all the ridesic up and drop off in san francisco, especially if you include the airport. it could even be higher because it is very difficult to get these statistics. and i suggest you work with the supervisors to do something about this. otherwise all the money you spend on roads and everything else is just throwing it down the drain. thank you. >> t
