he was on a flight out of sfo back to college in albuquerque when u.s.als asked him to pull up his sagging pants. and according to his attorney, he actually his hands full at the time couldn't pull up his pants and said i'll do it when i get to my seat. there was a fight between the pilot and marman. marman was removed from the plane and arrested on battery of a police officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. now, the d.a. never officially charged marman. but "colorofchange" and the naacp said that marman's arrest is a clear case of racial profiling. they point to the fact that just a couple of days after marman was arrested, u.s. airways allowed a white male dressed in women's lingerie to fly on u.s. airways without any issue. u.s. airways has responded by saying that marman was not arrested for the sagging pants but because he actually refused to follow instructions. they have yet to respond to those claims of racial profiling so it will be interesting to see how they respond today when marman's family and naacp and "colorofchange" actually show up h
