( darya ) happening tomorrow... the alameda coliseum authority will vote on a lease agreement to allow the raiders to stay in oakland next season. the raiders new stadium in las vegas is set to open for the 20-20 season and the raiders have been looking for a place to play this season. one coliseum offical says the teams had reached an agreement late last year but it fell apart after the city sued the raiders for moving to vegas.
