so this is a big deal to a lot of people covers yulia says this is at sfo with more.. well, yeah, it is a very big deal. in fact, united airlines will be the first in their industry to require employees to get vaccinated against covid-19 or get terminated. now the airline has requiring vaccination for new hires since mid-june unvaccinated workers are required to wear face masks. but the surge of the delta virus. but the airline told us they're us employees that they will need to be fully vaccinated by october 25th or 5 weeks after the fda grants full approval of any one of their vaccines. whichever one of those states come first. that's when they'll have to do it now. each employee will have to send an image of their vaccination card to the company and those who don't will be terminated. and of course they do have exemptions for those for religious reasons or health reasons. and the employees that have already been vaccinated or will get vaccinated by september 20th. what they have a nice incentive. they will give you an extra day of pay. now the airline estimates the
