dan thorn live at sfo for us. and let's get to kron four's lawrence karnow who is tracking that storm. it's impacting millions of travelers. yeah. called a bomb cyclone rapidly intensifies within 24 hours and it has done that for sure. a very heavy snowfall making its way across the great lakes, a lake effect snow. they're going to see upwards of 2 feet of snow in some parts of that area's all that cold air just rolling across the great lakes and producing all the snow and dump a knee on the east side. out ahead of that, you've had some very strong gusty winds, some coastal flooding, some heavy rainfall. we're not done just yet. you've got blizzard warnings continuing until sunday morning along parts of new the right along the great lakes there, as we're expecting that heavy snowfall to continue overnight tonight and probably into christmas morning, too. and behind that, you've got all that cold air that really is affecting much of the united states. many people without power. now freeze warnings all the way down
