sfpd no. station is recommending the commission denied this permit application based on inspection and calls for service by sfpd and the entertainment commission inspector. more information is detailed in the recommendation you have. the grounds for their recommendation are in 1060.5f4, which say that it is in violation of that section of the code. that provides that the security plan must provide for the safety of all persons and property and the orderly dispersal of people. if the commission prefers to issue a permit over the objection of sfpd, they have proposed attaching additional conditions. the security plan provide for more than one security guard and that security staff should be able to manage both of the exits, monitor the perimeter, staff the door, manage patrons as they enter and exit. number two, that they posed a good neighbor policy. number three, due to specific, prior incidents that i will let them detail, install dvr-capable video surveillance indoors and outdoors. president

they did notify sfpd. sfpd was able to respond quickly and take him and the firearm into custody. >> thank you. >> i have a question. club mist is showing up a couple times. is there a reason that security is not, i don't know, more proactive? >> that is a good question. the reports on june 17, that report, we just received. it had been accidentally misfiled. we just got it. that is why you're seeing the date. that particular situation, there was an altercation inside the club. security pushed the instigator into the street, who was very intoxicated. he wandered around a bit. he assaulting a police officer. he took him into custody. the incident listed as july 21, we were waiting for the report out of southern station on that particular incident. i talked to units who responded to that not that long after they responded to -- what we are hearing their come and again, this is just here say, there was an altercation that spilled into the street. as far as the security, you are asking the important question.

we received calls from sfpd and our san francisco general. as we received the call, we gathered information, identified it, age, name of the victim. we will dispatch a team of -- as well as contact our crn partners if the victim is between the ages of 18 and 25. we will respond to hospitals and hospital scenes. we will check in with the sergeant or via officer holding the roster, as well as the san francisco social worker who will help us identify who the family members are. once we have identified through the family members are the victim, we will begin to provide our support to the family by introducing ourselves, telling them about our services, acting as a liaison between the hospital, a social worker, police officers sitting with family members if their loved one is in surgery, and also beginning to talk about the next steps. the following days we provide 24-hour support to the victim's family. we will help to lead them to victim services, we will assist with filling out the application, we will take them to victim services as needed. we
