we just funded sfusd as a pilot program. this ballot measure passes, we can replicate it at the 34 other elementary schools that desperately need it. we know the students success fund can be successful because when schools are the district have funding to address student achievement and emotional wellness in the past, we saw much success. whether it was obama's school improvement grant program or out mission promise neighborhood effort, we moved the needle at the lowest performing schools in the district. then the funding to those programs ended and many schools immediately stepped back in crises. if you read the cover to the current situation in everett middle school in district eight, those crises stem from the dismantlely and loss of funding from many of the efforts that were working ohelp the students at everett. i'm very sad to say that several unions are not supportive of this measure yet. the board received a letter from the labor counsel recently explaining they would only support this measure if it was funded exclus

as you may be well aware asian museum is partnered with sfusd in presenting the student art festival. nextplease . that is our organization chart. it shows the flower museum. there are actually 117 foundational employees and it's also supported by one 501(c)(3) foundation. so altogether we have 117 employees on foundation in addition to 52, i'm sorry. 52 sitting employees. the departments in all i like where the city personnel resides with 63 percent of the cities staff in the security departments . nextplease . the chart here details the city staff we have a 10 vacant positions in comparison to fy 2019 . four of those 10 positionsare funded . as in the mayor's office proposed budget six of those positions are unbudgeted or frozen solely due to city budgetreductions over the previous two years . this was achieved by temporarily increasing the attrition rate as described earlier these frozen positions at an active operation. impact particularly our service to our asian american community and the community broadly speaking lines together in fighting for human rights and social justice.a

we raised an sfusd daughter who is off to college this fall.e have warm relations with all the neighbors. we expressed concerns of the fourth floor to owners at a february 27, 2022 meeting. they directed us to their architect who initially brushed us off with our earlier concerns about height. other neighbors also experienced the same treatment from the architects. we're also surprised by the unwillingness to compromise on the fourth floor addition given our 23 years as neighbors. this is a photograph from 1948 of cragmont avenue zoomed in from outside lands and also superimposed with the current google map. you can see it's a pre-war building built in 1939, one of the first homes on the west side of cragmont and predates 45 cragmont. this project at 45 cragmont is really a fourth-floor addition. the drawings submitted to the planning commission or the planning department are wrong. they refer to this as a third floor addition. no other home on cragmont has a fourth floor. cragmont avenue mostly has two-story homes with the exception of four bu
