shah vindani is a practicing geotechnical engineer. we're here representing our team. i just wanted to mention john hooper, his team has designed the salesforce tower, many other tall buildings in san francisco and other cities. so this project is tasked with looking at tall buildings, both new ones in the future, existing tall buildings, and looking at policies and so forth to ensure their safety and improve their resilience. project started about a year ago, we had the projections release about a week ago, and final reports with more details are forth coming. one of the things to take stock that we started was to develop an inventory of tall buildings in san francisco. we're pleased that this has been pulled into the sf data portal. in that, we focused in buildings above 140 feet. there is 156 of them, either existing or under construction. one of them that i wanted to just mention briefly here is we looked at the type of instruct w ral materials and structural -- structural materials and structural systems in the buildings that we built. 1971, san fernando earthquak
