shaheen: thank you. i want to begin by congratulating senator landrieu and thanking her for all the hard work that she's done on this bill. first of all, for small leadership, with her leadership she have improved this legislation for small business so that so many small businesses in this country in my state of new hampshire, will be able to get help as they try to cover their employees for health care. i also want to congratulate her, mr. president, for awful her good work -- all of her good work to help children in the foster system. it is really significant that they will be able to get health insurance once they age out of the foster system. and also to help those of us who, as you point out, have children who are in their early 20's who are still trying to get settled in a profession. my daughter was fortunate enough to have health insurance last year in her first job out of college, but now she's going to a new job that doesn't have health insurance and she'll be able to be covered once this legis
