and rumors of staff shakeups. the assumption should be that the staff is going to remain as it is now, whether or not sean spicer might be out as press secretary has been floated for weeks and weeks. it has not happened. i think that this is sort of reflective of the environment that he likes to work in. he likes the chaotic uncertainty in the workplace, and these rumors are going to continue. is that my expectation the white house is going to stay the way it has been until something changes....
