court records show that 23- year-old shanay liggins of waldorf, maryland, told investigators that someone else did it. however, four witnesses say they saw liggins with a knife in her hand. documents say that liggins followed 19-year-old courtney mccoy of baltimore from the off- campus house party on sunday morning. mccoy died from stab wounds shortly after that. liggins is being held without bond. >>> d.c. police chief cathy lanier says the occupy d.c. movement has become "increasingly confrontational and violent" over the past month. that's according to "the washington post." this is footage from a confrontation between occupy d.c. members, a group trying to lead a conservative banquet. one whams would seen using her children to block the doors. two elderly women were knocked to the ground. one protestor told us it is not a violent group. >> there is no intention for any kind of aggressive behavior. that's not -- we're a nonviolent movement. >>> five protestors blocking the road near the banquet were struck. they were not seriously injured. and the drivers were not cited. chief lanier h
