. >> shannon: and steve, you have covered a number of these situations. listen, you have been on battlefields, you have seen unrest in america, you have covered a number of these big stories and you are not afraid to go right into unfortunately where all the action is spread how would you assess what you are seeing play out in minneapolis? >> i actually am afraid here. and i think i am afraid for a good reason. if you are on a battlefield, usually with one side or the other, you are with soldiers coming you know, and here there are no soldiers. it is getting dark, there are cars racing around, there been gunshots fired, cars are on fire, and no one to watch your back. so this is absolute crazy situation. i cannot believe that there is no law enforcement present here. >> shannon: this is an american city. i know that one of the reporters earlier who had security with her that spent time overseas said, you know, i'm used to seeing this kind of destruction and chaos in a place like iraq, i did not think that i would see it on the streets of an american city.
