shannon bream live right outside of the u.s. supreme court. shannon?guments just wrapped up. it stems back to a 1949 creation of the raisin administrative committee. it's a real thing. falls under the department of agriculture. they say they're about stablizing market prices. they do that in part forcing producers of raisins to turn over a chunk of their crops every single year taking them out of the stream of commerce. the government eventually sells raisins after the market settles an use the money to fund the commission. if there is anything left over give money back to the raisin farmers. guess what? there is a lot of years not money given back to the farms r farmers. the justs are looking at is this a taking under the fifth amendment which the government says they have to give you compensation back if they take your property. the government says, listen, by putting your raisins into the stream of commerce where the government regulates what you do. this is part of how it all works. i talked to the farmer at center of this fight he has been fightin
