first to shannon bream, chief legal correspondent live at the supreme court. shannon, great to have you with us. what we missed in the attorney's presentation there at the top is that she was talking about covid-19 as the most devastating pandemic in our nation's history. it cost enormous disruption, economic did stress and millions have struggled to pay their rent and utilities and food and many unable to pay their debts. then she went on to say this was a measure put in place to help them out. what do you make of what you heard in there today, shannon? >> this was slated to go two hours. it went more like four hours today. there's two sets of plaintiffs. one is a group of red starts arguing about this. another is borrowers that say they'll be impacted differently because they won't get as much excuses of their debt as other people will. it went back to that idea of fairness many times. the chief justice brought this up a little later in the arguments today. he said what about two kids that get out of high school. one goes to college, takes a loan to help him
