sharon waxman, welcome. how important a moment is this? >> i think it's one of those pivotal moments where you have hbo, cbs, both announcing streaming services and there was another streaming service announcement, starz, announced international streaming last sunday, and all of this at the same time as netflix announced their earn this is week, which is, of course, the biggest streaming service out there, and their growth has kind of slowed, which is to be expected because they've become this massive company and their shares took a big hit. surely, there's going to be important new entrance to the streaming marketplace, and they all seem to be these legacy content creators. >> woodruff: why are they doing this and why right now? >> i think they've resisted coming to the digital revolution and adopt ago to bawng, look, any one of these companies, the big media companies probably should have bought netflix five or six or seven years ago when that company was able to be bought. and none of them chose to do that. and that was a discussion tha
