bolt there where obviously the road makes that sharp curve. now, there were closures in effect last night. i just drove by the spot this morning and talked to the clean up crew, that truck is still laying on its side. it was caring fruit. so they had to off load the cargo, and they are in the process now of cleaning that up. let's go to the live traffic camera right now of the ben franklin bridge coming into philadelphia. light volume at the moment. so there is no problems coming in to philly on the ben franklin. but right at the bottom, right here, at this lightning bolt, is where that truck kind of lays. now, you notice, there is only three lanes open, because they weren't able to use that big zipper machine the big green machine, that moves the concrete barriers over to give us a extra lane into town. so right now if you are leaving the house you're okay. you can see it here. no big back up. but as we get into the rest of the morning they're going to have to upright that tractor-trailer and if they cannot move those barriers over that means
