that is where our shaun boyd is now cover -- shawn chitness is covering the story. let's get the details. >> reporter: we're learning from denver police in a tweet that they can tell us six people total involved. both cars about to be towed away from this scene. we expect they are going to be able to open up this area shortly. this started with that shooting in the lodo area, likely outside of a bar. someone from that shooting who was injured got into the suv that rolled over. it's a chevy. they were heading south on kalamath when they ran a red light, crashed into the other people inside, and we know they had to remove the door and extricate one of them. the one person who was in the other car, the nissan, also taken to the hospital. again, six people in all injured. two we now know with serious injuries. denver police working with the fire department to clear this scene. again, they are making some progress about to remove both of those vehicles and hopefully open up this intersection soon. we'll remain on scene. we're also going to check back in with denver polic
