is fox 13's shayla reaves.. she joins us live from the scene of the accident.. where a small memorial has been a blown tire is being blamed for a deadly three car accident on i-75.. that killed two people. state troopers say both people tuesday were in the same car. investigators say a back tire blew on one of the vehicles.. causing the driver to lose control and hit a car in the center lane... causing it to overturn. a third vehicle then hit one of them. the interstate was closed for about five hours while troopers investigated and cleaned up the scene. the ride-sharing controversy in hillsborough county could finally be over. transportation commissioners will vote today on a temporary operating agreement to make uber and lyft ?legal. fox13's "shayla reaves" is live at the 7-eleven robbed just hours shayla, police are not thanks, shayla. we now know officer. according to the sanibel city manager, 49-year-old "john webster hay" drove by and shot officer "jarred ciccone" as he was filling out paperwork during a routine traffic stop. police chased hay and shot him during a shootout. police arrested about 90-minutes after the shooting. he was released from the hospital yesterday and booked into jail on attempted murder charges. police still have not released a motive for the shooting. she escaped unspeakable woods with the strength she had left. this morinng, we're learning more about the child abuse case that polk county sheriff "grady judd" calls heart-breaking. the victim was just 17-years-old. for months the sheriff says her caregivers tortured her. wednesday, "michael hickins" was getting ready to clean out his car, when he heard a cry coming from the woods. he thought it was a prank, until he saw the victim. she had been severly abused and was begging for help. deputies later arrested "kris and melissa peters". the

"amendment one" is also known as the solar energy bill. it ?appears to be ?pro solar, but several solar energy groups claim it's the complete opposite. the bill was say the utilities want to pass the bill to actually ?restrict solar growth by raising costs. a spokeswoman for the group backing the bill says it will actually protect consumers. and amendment two would legalize medical marijuana in florida for those suffering from debilitating diseases. it ?failed two years ago by just a couple of percentage points. most state polls have support at more than the 60 percent that it needs for approval. critics fear it would lead to pop-up marijuana dispenseries, with ?little oversight.. say, they've changed the amendment's wording from 20-14 to tighten oversight. as election results come in, count on fox 13 to have
