dakota pipeline. >> thank you supervisor sheehy. supervisor tang. >> thank you. i will join as a cosponsor on that supervisor fewer so today i am excited to introduce groundbreaking legislation in our country helping to support our new moashts returning to the work place and who either wish to return to work or for mothers that don't have a choice to return to work so i want to thank all of the female supervisors on the board for cosponsoring and essentially the legislation does three things. one it requires the private businesses to have lactation work place policy which currently i don't believe that many of our businesses do have. it also requires that when there are new hires as well as when employees are requesting parental leave that the employer must work out and have a conversation with the employees about what the lactation accommodations would be. secondly it also requires the minimum standards for lactation spaces so for example requiring a chair, clean and safe place that is free of toxic chemicals as well as proximity t
