well, that's not seaweed that is globs of oil and we see the sheen. the water and look at the sheen. just on the surface of the water here. it's like when you. tried to wash a greasy frying pan and you see that surface that's the surface oil we're seeing right here in the ocean, and i have a oil absorbency pad right here. and if you put it in the water just for a couple of seconds, it could see the little debris in the globs of oil right here that sheen. look i'm just soaking this for a couple of seconds. imagine if it was for longer, but that's what we're pulling up. captain gary brickhouse navigates through these waters every day. i've never seen anything like this. and i never want to see it again. and unfortunately if we don't switch off of fossil fuels. we're probably going to see it again and we can't let that happen and it's definitely something that we're expecting to affect. our animals already has started affecting a lot of birds, especially those effects will start seeing even more of in the coming days in coming weeks closer to newport bea
