guys, this actually came from a taser gun of police officers in a shelbiville, kentucky. officers frank willoughby and suzanne mark many emare responding to a call that someone broke into a home with a lead pipe. this all happened november 19th. this video was just released because it was a key piece of evidence in a grand jury hearing over whether or not these officers would be charged with excessive force. they're approaching a bathroom door, and you can hear chanting sndcrming. >> the person who is chanting is 18-year-old trey williams. they're nervous this man still has this lead pipe in his hand. >> get down! >> and the clicking sound you're hearing. that, of course, is officers deploying their tasers. >> so the video we're seeing is actually from a camera mounted on the taser gun itself? >> yes. >> you hear the officer say "stop resisting." watch this. william gets up and comes after officer willoughby. and then the fight is taken into the bedroom, where william gets officer willoughby in a choke hold. and you hear him crying for help. >> my goodness. >> help me! >>
