paulette frankl, "lust for justice," tony serra, and sheldon siegal. so before we take a break, i do have a surprise. a few years ago, i guess six or seven years ago, i met an amazing artist. i was visiting his home. and he had created this wonderful sculpture. i immediately recognized it as being clarence. it turned out that he had created a number of just amazing sculptures of trial lawyers. and he went on to do one of clara fults, the first woman attorney in california and became the leader of the public defender movement. and just by happenstance, he called me and had this idea of encapsulating one of the greatest trial attorneys of our times. so, bill? is he here? this is not a magistrate. this is sheldon lu from the health department. sheldon, he actually was here when they did a recent health inspection, i understand, and alicia is the district health inspector. here is their score, it was 98 down from 100. 98 is fantastic. how many restaurants in the city have scores of 100. >> we don't have a lot because we have a new program that is similar to other programs in the state of california where there's a, b, c grading, we have a number grading here in san francisco. so, therefore, it's a brand new program, we are trying to get with our operators to participate to do things the same way we do and we will have things, i would say about 10 percent or maybe 15 percent of places are 90 or above. we expect that to be higher as they get used to our scoring system of what is really hazardous, what is not as hazardous and what is low hazard. high hazard you get points off, fairly large pipbts off. next one would be called moderate, small things like a door closed. we'll seeing how it works right now. if things work well, th

even just reading the newspaper accounts, she was a remarkable person, but hearing from sheldon both here and speaking to him privately, it's obvious that those who knew marie were privileged and were touched by her lifelong before her untimely death. she leaves an amazing mark, and i just want to say to my colleague sheldon there are times that measure the mettle of a person, and one of them is when they go through grief and tragedy, and my respect for him, high as it was before, is higher still knowing what he's going through and how he has worked to handle this difficult situation. i rise as simply new york senator who represents the area, long island, where marie katherine colvin came from. we are working, sheldon above all, desperately to bring her home to her mother rosemary so her family can provide her with a final resting place, providing her with the dignity of a life that she deserves. marie had a remarkable career. it's no doubt that not only as sheldon said the small band of journalists but many larger than that and-in she knew will mourn her death for years to come. bec
