>>trace: i am here for shepard smith in "studio b" at the bottom of the hour.lanned parenthood going to battle against an indiana law that cuts the public funding because some of the clinics provide abortions. attorneys for the organization asking a judge to block the law. they say it violates federal medicaid policy by restricting funds for general services such as breast exams and pap smears. planned parenthood has 28 health centers in indiana and four provide abortions. the organization reports that nationwide abortions account for about 3 percent of the services and that it does not use government money for the services because it is against the law to use federal funds for abortion. but the indiana attorney general argues that government dollars still end up indirectly funding abortion because how the organizations sets up the finances. what is happening in court today? >> oral arguments and a judge will decide whether to grant that injunction to planned parenthood and the co-plaintiff, the aclu. they are saying it would block the law in indiana and block
