i'm shepard smith. we interrupt regular programming on my stations and fox stations to bring you breaking news from water town, massachusetts. it is the belief now that the second suspect in the boston marathon shooting is down on the street in water town, mass. and that the second suspect may w have been incapacitated. this went down about 20 minus ago when a woman in water town in a residential neighborhood called police, it's our standing tonform them that police had swept her boat and her boat house earlier in the day and found that there was nothing there. yet, she lood out the window and saw that the door of the shed door was open. and she noticed what looked like blood on the boat. the -- and she said that there were bloody clothes there as well. suggesting possibly that somebody may have changed there fast forward just a few minutes. the police arrive and it's our standing from the reporting of fox 25, wfxt in boston and a reporter there that when police arrived there was a barrage of gunfire. m

i'm jon scott in for shepard smith tonight. north korea may be planning another missile launch. that's what u.s. officials are telling fox news. they say intelligence shows the north is moving around some mid range missile launchers and the pentagon is keeping a close eye on them. military approved a nuclear attack on the united states. the pentagon moved a missile defense system to guam, a u.s. territory that could be in the crosshairs. "the fox report's" correspondent jonathan hunt live at the united nations. jonathan, what do we know about these missile movements? >> well, john, south korean officials say and many experts agree with their assessment that the missile most likely being moved is called a mosadan. it's ballistic missile maximum range carrying a war head about 2.5000 miles that would put guam into reach. that is one of the reasons why that missile defense system is being moved there by the pentagon the pentagon has musadun missiles. one of the concerns about the musudan is that it can be launched from a mobile truck. that would give the u.s. and others much less t

i'm jon scott in for shepard smith. and today a federal judge ruled that the morning after pill, plan b and similar product must be available to everyone. when his order takes effect, you won't need a prescription and it won't matter how old you are. the morning after pill is a way to prevent conception, taking it within a few days of intercourse can block pregnancy. it will not work if you are already pregnant. and it is is not the same as the so-called abortion pill, which can end a pregnancy for weeks after conception. the morning after pill has actually been available without a prescription for years, but only for women 17 and older. the fda tried to remove the age restrictions but the obama administration's health and human services secretary blocked that move two years ago. however, just hours ago, the judge called the current age restrictions arbitrary, capricious and unreasonable and said they must end within 30 days. julie banderas live in the newsroom now. julie, the white house is pushing back on this already

and that's a fox watch across america. >> i'm shepard smith. this is the fox report. it's the bottom of the hour. time for the top of the news. and an incredible story out of atlanta. investigators say they have uncovered one of the biggest school shooting rings in recent memory. and they did it the same way they took down the mob. they tell us the star witness in the case is a teacher who wore a wire and she helped reveal that it involved not just teachers but principals and administrators and even this woman, atlanta's then superintendent of schools all of them accused of helping to rig standardized test. and the motive, investigators say pure greed. they tell us these high-test scores got her some huge perks. she won superintendent of the year. was even honored at the white house. she also got a reported half million dollars in bonuses during her time as superintendent. the students'' high scores got big bucks for the school. used those tests to determine how much federal funding the schools should receive and now it is all unraveling. john roberts with the news li

i'm shepard smith. this is the fox report. it's the bottom of the hour. time for the top of the news. the sandy hook elementary school shooter suffered a rare genetic disorder that ran in his family. even killed his grandfather. that's according to the reporting of the new york daily news. which obtained hundreds of emails that adam lanza's mother sent her friends. investigators say adam lanza killed his mother before murdering 20 first graders and six adults in december's shooting massacre in newtown, connecticut. unclear what this genetic disorder mother meant. she claimed it was slowly killing her as well. the shooter reportedly had as berger's syndrome which is is on the autism spectrum. today president obama traveled to connecticut where he met with the families of the victims. he spoke about the tragedy as well as the gun control debate. >> if there is even one thing we can do to protect our kids, don't we have an obligation to try? if there is even one step we can take to keep somebody from murdering dozens of innocents in the span of minutes, shou
