there's a heavy police presence on sheridan road near 1st stree i county. as part of the investigation, the southbound lane of sheridan road has been shut down between 1st street and chicory road. milwaukee's north side. around 1-45 this morning police were called to the area of holton and got into an argument. that's when the suspect pulled out a gun. a bullet grazed the victim. she was treated by the milwaukee fire department on the scene and refused any further medical treatment. police have not released any information about arrests but say they know who they are looking for. an off-duty milwaukee police officer is arrested for drunk driving-- and accused of rear ending a squad car. mpd says it happened saturday afternoon near 76th and florist. the squad car was stopped at an intersection-- when it was hit from behin 48-year- old woman-- who's been a mpd officer for 22 years. investigators say she was off-duty-- but under the influence. neighbors of the officer says the incident doesn't fit her character. a vigil was held for a couple killed in a crash near 76th and sheridan. loved ones set up a small memorial at the site of the accident. thursday morning keemari canady and johnathan tucker were in a car that crashed into a woodchipper. tucker was behind the wheel and canady in the passenger seat. canady died at the scene, tucker died later at the hospital. driving drunk-- hitting a utility pole-- and crashing is accused of. her own three year old daughter was seriously injured. fox6's myra sanchick has the story. this is the photo of the crashed s-uv that swerved off the road in the town of ashippun thursday afternoon. 32 year old noelle deehr told detectives she was trying to avoid a turkey. but officials smelled alcohol, and they say deehr was belligerent, swearing and yelling at them. meanwhile her three year old daughter was thrown from the vehicle, screaming and crying. her bones broken, her liver lacerated. the radio di rolled on the child's legs. hopefully she'll learn from this because it seems there's a drinking problem here an owi conviction in
