tension right now honestly and actually cognitive dissonance like we're hearing from you know i was at sheridannd there and they in other schools like malcolm x are being told they're going to get a kindergarten first grade split next year and i'm not when we already have teachers who are telling us that they can't implement our curriculum and a mirror you know there just aren't enough minutes in the day for this. how on earth is one teacher going to implement a kindergarten in a first grade curriculum? right. i just like there's so many if we really are aligning our budget with our student outcomes that doesn't i just don't know how that works. so these are the kind of decisions where i think we really do need community at the forefront. i think the the other thing i was just to build off of a couple commissioners who commented on this there's this question around like we have many, many schools with multiple practices all happening at once and how do we isolate maybe if you will, the things that we know are working that we can see and point to and say this practice is happening at this school
