top story this morning...a debate over fencing at sherman park leads to a special court hearing at the park after a tense disagreement between county executive chris abele and sheriff david clarke. cbs 58's julie parise is live at the courthouse with the story. kate and kyle here a special hearing was called last night to make a decision about the fencing surrounding sherman park. ultimately a judge ruled to take the orange fencing surrounding the park down, but it didn't come without tension between sheriff's deputies and people in the neighborhood. the orange fence was put up after the unrest at the park lastth police involved shooting of sylville smith. sheriff david clarke was the one who had it put there.county exec chris abele wanted it down - calling it a barrier to healing in the neighborhood.yesterday, abele showed up to take it down. then clarke sent deputies to replace the fence and enforce a curfew at the park.that's when things got a little heated. abele's office called for a temporary restraining order against clarke - in order to stop the early closures at the park.aroun
