emily sherwin is in the armenian capital and we asked if the peace deal is working. reporter: the cease-fire has been holding so far. there were previous cease-fires that broke almost immediately and the fighting continued but now, russian peacekeepers are on the ground in the territory and are arriving and have been arriving for the past few days. armenia in the coming days and weeks will be handing over territories that have so far been under armenian control even though they are azerbaijan according to international law. we have heard reports of people burning their houses in those territories because they do not want arriving as ares to have anything at all. so the resentment continues even if the fighting has ended. brent: from the armenian capital there. to south america, peru is in crisis following the resignation of its interim president. he agreed to step down after only being in office five days. he faced an ultimatum from congress following a deadly police crackdown on protesters. his departure is being welcomed by many peruvians after days of antigovernme

and joining us from our main is, is our correspondent, emily, sherwin, emily, armenia and azerbaijan keeping to the peace accord this time around. well, so far this peace deal that was signed last week seems to be holding previous cease fires that were negotiated both by the u.s. and by russia collapsed almost immediately into fighting in the past few weeks since fighting broke out at the end of september. but this one seems to be holding so far last week by john took over a strategic city in the 2nd biggest city there, which is the hilltop, the hilltop town of shushi. and that was kind of a turning point, the prime minister here in armenia and you signed that deal. he said he did it with great regret. and now russian peacekeepers will be controlling the border and also a strategic road that connects armenia with nagorno-karabakh. so that peace is holding some experts say that this conflict is just refrozen as resentment continues on both sides. now armenia was supposed to withdraw its troops from areas that were yielded to with drole already taken place. so there are 3 districts tha

williams, deere, johnson controls, sherwin williams, packer, cummins, a long list of industrials athat concerns me is the multiples, we're pricing in perfection here. these stocks do not normally -- honeywell doesn't trade at 25 times forward earnings these are all at the highest levels in more than ten years at this point honeywell trades 15 to 20 times forward earnings what is the street saying? well, you know you get an extended multiple and that's exactly what we are getting, but these numbers are really frothy. they are really well out there so we're going to have to have one heck of a recovery here and also, at some point, a much greater push up in earnings than are currently being anticipated. not quite the same, but getting there, with the banks. they have they haven't rallied to the extent that the others have regional banks are trading at higher multiples than they have in the last several years. this is not the only metric you use but useful way to look at things fifth third, pnc, up, starting to get a little elevated here. my point here is that the street is starting to
