i agree with sheryl sandberg. i think this book is in the vein of lenient aspect i think it is but i'm struck by the fact as i'm sure you are that on the one hand that probably resonates with you, that advice, don't be afraid to sort of take your career in your own hands. on the other hand, when you look at how few women have reached the upper levels of what is american politics, american media, american companies i think we've had five to 7% ceos of major american companies. corporate boards are terrible. women leaders in any position, including journalists, clean politics are low. these are the women who have leaned in. so your account is like the 1% account. what i've been struck by, what i've written about myself is this question of, that still doesn't explain why we have so few women in leadership positions, invisible positions in the senate because there's a broader category and class of women who have leaned in that is category and class of women who have made into these jobs. that's where this extraordinar
