that was shreveport where the church steeple fell down. we had seven reports of tornado damage yesterday which is kind of strange. you start seeing them pop up this time of year, even though we're getting into november, it's that second severe weather season. not as strong as may or june or april, but it will be a tough one if you're across the gulf coast. the cold front is draping into eastern texas acting like a conveyor belt from the gulf of mexico. then the cold air wraps around behind it and it produced a lot of snow. about 25 miles to the northwest, a town called pinecliffe, had 46 inches of snow. light snow is now a possibility upper-level support moving away but as it does that, it will spark a new round of heavy rain and then stretching in toward the mid-mississippi valley. the heavy rain is around northern sections of louisiana, memphis radar picking it up very well. taz about two to three inches of rain per every three hours. and that rain is stretching way on in towards the great lakes. flash flood warnings watching, we have th

this is the shreveport radar. most of the air dry around northern louisiana. west, though you can see what's coming right down the pike right down 20 this heavy shield of rain moving in towards your direction. two to three inches of rain today. flash flood watches are posted for you guys. san antonio radar, you can see a lot of rain just to the north of the city and then stretching close in towards houston. you're going to get the thunderstorms here today and that's going to go all the way down the coast to brownsville by later this afternoon. up north a little bit farther, little rock is dry rain just off towards your west beginning to fall apart a bit but that rain will steadily fill in later today. so the flash flood watches are posted. warnings are out there, too. the warnings are in bright shaded green. this flash flood warning also in red just north of houston, as well. everything moving over to the east. you're going to get two to three inches of rain there today. spreads into alabama by overnight tonight. more on that robin, in just about a half hour.
