o'hara and on the fundamentals, simon siegel. j.c., this has been a pretty decent performer.l down. does it change your view technically? >> there's a lot going on with this chart. just taking a quick look, it's pretty sloppy. i don't know if that's the best technical term used to describe it but it's a term i will use here. no pun intended when i say this chart is full of gaps. to me, from a technical point of view, gaps are signs of indecision. mispricing. that is concerning, especially over the short term, because it's hard to get a good idea of short term trend. however, we take a step back and look at the longer term trend, the stock was doing very well when it was above its rising 150 day moving average. just recently you saw the 150 day slowly turn over. now you have a stock sitting right on a declining 150 day moving average. red flags are appearing. one saving grace, we are above critical support and i will label that support at 36.50. price is not breaking down yet. there are a bunch of minor levels on the upside, 42.5, 42 and 46 that will act as resistance. there's

joining me now is charles siegel, the head of market strategy at lloyds bank.give us a sense of how optimistic you are about valuation's and how optimistic you are about growth in general. where do you see the most might be made? the key aspect is the investment world coming into this year with bullish expectations and how this year is a different year from the years that we have had because of the weather affects and events in the ukraine and thailand. there have been a suppressing effect on growth and this is hard to distinguish at this point in time. whether there will be a rebound when the weather improves or whether in fact we are dealing with a continuation of the previous years, where growth is more fragile. that is what i am in. it is an inventory buildup that you had in the second half of last year and that is partially responsible for the weekend data. it is not of the world is going into a big recession or .ataclysm we are in a slow growth story. >> the valuation and the stock market has not fallen at all. is beingorrection recuperated. >> you are lo

mark siegel has talked about this. 23,000 people die of hospital acquired infections mostly due to druging from the overuse of anti biotics. we have a nation of pills and run to them once we see pain. this is a culture that has to change because we don't have enough good anti-biotics left. the federal government is taking a hard look at this. this is costing millions of dollars for hospitals and at the federal level, it is also costing lives and treatment. so they are proposing putting $30 million to develop laboratories around the country so doctors have quicker access to whether a patient has an infection or if an anti-biotic well help. and they are encouraging hospitals to take leadership and cutdown on the hospital acquired infections and they will do something i think comes hard and that is punish hospitals and physician on reimbursement saying your infection rate is far too high. i think this is going to wake up a lot of doctors and rightfully so. >> so there is there figure out how to help people who are infected with the strains. and then there is there other side: you go to the
