nothing to measurable that i found yet up in the sierra. that's good. no lightning associated with that. that's even better. just can't get that to the sacramento valley or over to the west. that won't make it. the fog will make it along with that on shore breeze. we had a lot of differences in temperatures. west southwest travis, very windy from cordelia to travis. that gusts of about 30 miles an hour. those temperatures play in to the city forecast, in the upper 50s and low 60s. yesterday's high was 61. they should be 67 but a very cool july. 54 monterey ; the high clouds from yesterday have moved off. redding, red bluff 73, looks like a very hot day. today will probably be the last day with really hot. after that we will start to cool it off. there's still a west northwest direction coming out of the ranch and the river fire. high grade look out. 23% humidity. lake part is a little west southwest. if you get closer to lake, maybe a little better. everything is just drawing that smoke back in. you need maybe a little more northerly to kind of scour it

very warm, well above average in the sierra nevada. the 90s and 100, very warm especially up in mendocino county. not on the coast but ukiah and lake county, the good news is today will be the hottest day, if you can make it until friday. temperatures might drop 10-12 degrees by then. fog still hanging out there though and i don't think it's going away even though water temperatures have come up. 60s and 70s and in the city, it's 50s and 60s. two observations at 59 degrees. a 50-degree spread on some temperatures. we have been talking about this for a while. look at the moisture streaming in off of arizona back into the desert southern california and made it over to the la and san diego. now that's making the move, cloud cover coming in all right. 60s to 90s. lake port at 91. brentwood at 98. fairfield at 84. 70s and 80s for others, 62 in the city. 99 in kelseyville. 107 yesterday, i don't see anything stopping that. american canyon a nice 70 degrees. 60 in b ordinary caredega bay. nevada you can find 80s and 70s all around occidental.
