winter storm warnings towards lake county, the sierra. as we come in closer, we have a flood advisory for portions of redwood city, fremont, san jose, morgan hill. this has been extended until 12:30 this afternoon. this indicating the possibility of minor roadway flooding. these are all the storm reports scattered around the bay. in fact, these are the flood reports around the central portion of the bay. what is interesting, we have snowfall reports in the sent across mouton's and towards mt. hamilton. chp reporting snowfall. this would be pretty amazing if that were verified, 11 inches. that was a report this morning at 11:15. right now, the radar showing you this. still some coverage in the north bay but the bulk of the action right now is shifting to the south towards oakland, hayward, and fremont. really, the focus is in the santa cruz mountains. we'll continue to keep an eye on the radar and let you know when the showers taper off this afternoon. we'll have more coming up. >> more people have been seeing for the storm. >> allie rasmu

so i'd say we're in decent shape right now in the sierra lonnie wong.l yeah we are talking about that snow in the sierra nevada of course is seen bay area numbers as far as rain is concerned running about 50 to about 70% on that's reflected really acrosshe sea air you can see the numbers up the northern tier, 76% of normal central sierra nevada, 70% of normal now and the southern sierra 67% of normal certainly got a long way to go and the wet season here so we can pick up a right now running behind outside it is dry and that's way it's going to stayhere for the foreseeable future. we've got a couple storms off the coastline they're swells in fact we're looking at some high surf into tomorrow, maybe 16 maybe 22 feet to the morning hours then subsiding in the afternoon. but the storm's not able to break down the ridge of high pressure that's sitting over head sore left the beautiful weathelike this almost 70. in san jose tomorrow you can see about 66 beautiful day in oakland about 62 degrees in san francisco. here's your long range forecast malia see all
