we talk about a lot here in silicon valley. i'm talking to venture capitalists today. and they say this next four years is likely to be very good for their business, for investments and for tech. all right. they're feeling good. but also housing scott. right. we saw a jump overnight with the mortgage rate. what's that about. this was kind of interesting talking to people who watch this stuff really closely. audrey and they say trump's administration, at least in the early days. and this is kind of ironic if you think about what the republicans ran on versus the democrats is likely to be inflationary. and inflation means often higher rates and mortgage rates are among them. we saw the mortgage rate overnight go back above 7%. it hasn't been that way for several months. this could be a small blip. the federal reserve is about to meet again. and whether you're the biden-harris administration or the trump administration, you want to beat back inflation, you want to lower interest rates. and if interest rates continue to go down, it's very likely that we'll see mortgage rat
