well let's get more on this now from reporter simon bone simon if this works out what with the government taking a stake in this town to look like well clear as we heard the government is going to end up owning 25 percent of times and directly or indirectly now that number wasn't chosen by accident that 25 percent plus one share would allow it to block any takeover bids for lufthansa and apparently that's the current concern of the government at the moment with lufthansa share price so low. now this deal was a sort of compromise between various parts of the government somewhat pro-business people didn't want to the government to be involved in rescuing an airline it all social democrats wanted were quite happy with that to allow the government to have a say on environmental concerns on jobs so it took a while for this deal to come together meanwhile lufthansa's been hemorrhaging money by its own calculation $1000000.00 euros per hour and so it desperately needs the money and part of this deal is a credit of $3000000000.00 euros to tide it over so it's going to be an interesting time ahead
